I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

I'm originally from Yucaipa, grew up hunting D19 & D16 with my Dad and Uncles. I now live in Colorado but try to get back to hunt with my Dad every year or two during D16, not sure I'll make it this year though due to a great elk tag that will tie up my free time.

As nice as it is here in CO I'd rather hunt the brush of So Cal with my Dad any day, those deer hold a special place with me which is why I come here to see how it's going out there.

I'll do that. My 7 yr old daughter will be along for opening weekend so it'll be fun regardless of the outcome.
