Great presence of mind that he was able to defend himself without panicking. Hope he doesn’t need the additional shots but I can’t picture a healthy yote acting that way.

Coyotes are totally getting out of control.....And Project Coyote wants to stop all coyote hunting in California.

ps....Turkey & deer populations are great in Utah.....There's also a bounty on coyotes.

Can’t find it now (out and about using the phone) but I read a follow up that said it was confirmed as rabid.
