I couldn't care less about the Oscars..heck I got rid of Cable a long time and I could not be happier.
It was impossible not to notice the news this morning about Will Smith smacking Chris Rock on national TV during the Oscars..which by the way get broadcasted overseas. If you have not seen the video here you go.
Chris Rock made a joke about Smith's wife which at first was funny to Smith himself too until he saw his wife's face..we all married man know that look..lol. So he got on stage and bitch slapped skinny Chris Rock pretty hard who was in shock but took the slap with whatever dignity was left on him.
I saw the short video and OMG....I was embarrassed actually.
So there you have it Smith who was bitching for years that black men don't get enough roles in Hollywood and inequality, the guy who cries about his upbringing and how he is a better man than his father ever was..bla bla bla...goes on to literally assault another person on national TV....because the joke about his wife stroked a nerve....A wife by the way who is well known to openly sleep around with other dudes....you know the "We are very liberal and have an open relationship kind of gal".
You see, Will Smith is and always will be a coward (actually he has called himself that in the past.) and a hypocrite. I can guarantee if it was Dwayne Johnson (the rock) who weighs probably more than 300 lbs, on stage instead of skinny-ass Chris Rock...Smith would have never taken the chance to get pulverized.
And since Will Smith knew he was going to win his first Oscar, he felt "entitle" to assault Chris Rock with no consequences.
And what does Holywood do after Smith accepts the award ? They give him a standing ovation!...yup! The Assault became irrelevant...ahhhh the hypocrisy.
