How to get rid of last years elk burger

Volcano stuffed elk burgers.stuffed them with bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, cheese, bacon bits.

Set Treager at 375. Cooked to 140topped with a slice of horseradish cheese, with sugar free BBQ sauce (was surprisingly good) and a little jalapeño aioliits a meal by itself.

It’s up to you. Put what you like in them, pretty sure you will like them.
I did them again since this post and used Blue Cheese, sautéed onion, mushrooms, bell peppers.
really good.

Finally got around to trying these! Changed it up a bit since I had no elk in the freezer and I filled them with grilled onions, bacon and a little cheese. Topped with a little fancy sauce! Had the in laws over for dinner and they loved them.
