Name's Noel, began my interest in hunting last year and did some research on different types of game. Anyway, I'm 29, camping/backpacking/hunting I'm all for it and not shy to hike a few miles if I need to.
I want to hunt pig, bobcat, coyote, deer, bear, all those marvelous creatures....but of course I'll start with baby steps.
I used to work at Insight Shooting Range, so if anybody's familiar with the personnel there you more than likely have met me.

Bonejour- Rifle...for now. I've been shooting firearms for a few years but wouldn't mind learning the bow as well. I am located in Los Angeles, South Los Angeles to be exact. I don't mind driving out anywhere, so I'm pretty flexible on how far I'm willing to drive.
Everyone else- Thanks a lot! Looking to learn a lot here!

Now is a great time to start preparing for the coming seasons. Everything you listed requires a tag except coyote. You have your hunter safety certificate, I assume. Get out and start scouting the back country (BLM and NF). Have fun!

Welcome to the site, you will find a lot of great tips in this forum. Just stay connected, don't hesitate to ask questions.
