Shot 3 huns today in Montana.......Cleaned them up, covered them with olive oil, lemon pepper, and garlic......Straight on the bbq......Add corn & wild brown rice.......Absolutely delish.......:yum

why don't you pluck your birds? keeping the skin on them makes them so much more moist and the flavor is amazing.

Probably just lazy & the fact it's really easy to cook them this way on the BBQ.....Really don't waste any meat either.....Maybe next time......:yum
