IID decreasing water from Colorado River

After reading this something doesn't seem right. Why would IID rush this through and not lister to other agencies. Granted the farmers are slated to receive huge payments to fallow their fields but IID doesn't do anything unless it favors them. What will it mean for delivery of water to Wister

I talked to Scott about this issue today...As of right now, the water allotment for Wister has not been effected by this decision...Who knows what the future holds, but with the Imperial Wildlife Area being the last refuge stronghold in the Imperial Valley and the fact the Salton Sea is rapidly disappearing...I'm thinking Wister will get the water they need...Maybe even more...Remember, Wister Unit is 7,000 acres and much is not flooded........;)

ps...What scares me is, if they let Tule Lake/Lower Klamath NWR die....Then, they'll let anything die.......:confused:
