Wonder if this ruling will help to get rid of the pass to use the sand dunes?

This is a huge step in the right direction.The pass was never required for everyone.I am up there alot,and have always thought it was crappy that the snow goers don't have to buy a day pass.The park ranger said the the system couldn't handle the sudden amount of snow visitors.So they don't give them tickets for not having them.When you buy a hunting Or fishing license in CA it should come with an Adventure Pass.
