We hooked up three all within the 20-25lb class and the seals were relentless. The water rolled a little so the temps were 63-64, the bite was a little slow. No fish tacos....next time.

Been there. Really pisses you off when you're down in natividad catchin 30-40 pound yellows having a damn dog come up and bite into it. One guy on the boat did get a hook into one. That was a funny sight. A seal shaking its head back and forth out of water and screaming so loud. If I remember right the guy was using a 2 speed 30 wide dropper Loop. The seal spooled him.
