Lake Hodges...2-27-19

Lake is pretty stained, real high, and cool (59)….Despite this, we got a few fish....Hard to believe, but didn't get a single fish on Senkos….lol....The lures of choice were Bush Hogs and Ned rigs.

I love bass hunting.

I bet that was nice day on the lake. Congrats on getting a few. Thinking about hitting wholford on Sunday. Of course I will be chasing catfish.

We found 63 degree water and that's where most the bites/fish came from.

63 is better than most other local lakes are reporting, it makes sense you had some bites. Trying to decide if I should brave the rain and hit a lake on Saturday.

Rain or no rain, I think I'll try hitting the lake Sunday afternoon....The farther I got from the east end....The warmer the water....Clearer too.
