All sorts of rumors are circulating that Sutherland is going to close for good for hunting and fishing. El cap is going to shut down all water contact. If you fish or like to hunt turkeys at Sutherland you might want to voice your opinion. The person to contact for this would be BRYAN NORRIS , he is the lakes program manager. He is also responsible for recommending these closures.
