Leupold warranty

Bought a pair of Leupold Northfork Binoculars late last year.I should have sent them back to the place I bought them from because the bottom half of the sight picture was just a little out of focus with the top half.Even though they are not right they are still better and brighter than what I had been using.So I thought i would use them for a while and send them to Leupold for warranty work.

Sent them to Leupold with a brief description of the problem,they sent them back saying they were fine.
I called there customer service and talked to one of there techs explained the problem I had with them, he told me to send them to his attention and he would look at them.

He called today to tell me they found a problem with them and they are sending me a new pair.
Leupold is an outstanding company who believes in their products and backs them up. I am a huge fan. An AMERICAN product built by Americans!
