Life's good - Elk delectables

Had a wonderful meal with my bride tonight...

Greek Salad with extra Feta cheese and olives -

Perfectly cooked and cut cow elk backstrap, pepper crusted -

Vermouth, garlic butter and port wine sautéed large mushrooms -

All washed dow with a fresh ice cold Lagunitas "Born Yesterday" "Fresh Hop Unfiltered" Pale Ale!

Like I said, Life is good!
