It would be nice if all posts - whether it be a new topic or a reply went straight to a main forum page,and then they get filterd to the right forum after they get bumped off the page.So then we could see all posts on one page instead of having to look through every diff forum to get caught up.

IM, right next to your Avatar you have two line items: Show unread posts since last visit and Show new replies to your posts. these two quick links should give the up to date post and also fellow members that responded to your post.

What about having an "Active topics" link. As they get older they move towards the bottom of the list.

Showing unread posts doesn't do much if the posts have been read. Just an idea. That way you can keep up on the active topics vs. searching in individual areas for them.

At the bottom of the forum there is an "View the most recent posts on the forum"link. If you click on it it will bring all of the most recent post's up. Is that what you are looking for?
