Meat processing gear (meat grinders)

I have a 3/4 HP Weston grinder that’s been grinding away effortlessly for 5 or 6 years.

I Have the 1/2 HP Weston. Great quality. If you removed all or most silver skin off your meat before sending it into the grinder, you can grind a whole deer and it will never clog. It'll grind up the silver skin to a certain point, but if you really got lazy and never removed ends of tendons or silver skin, it will clog after a while.
