I received a letter from the dpt. of the interior today asking me to keep track of my goose and duck hunting habits this season and want me to journal what I shoot, what I kill, and what was lost. If I hunt or not. How many out there got one of these surveys and what are your thoughts? Yeah or neah

I don't have an issue with them. The only ones I get are from AZ. fish and game. I don't hunt water fowl so I wouldn't expect to get the one you got.
Got it last year. Started to do it by day as they request but gave up quickly. Got a request every 2 days after the season to at least submit it with a season total which I finally did. I'm skeptical of anything from the government but it's been going on forever. I sure would sand bag if I got one from the state of CA though.
Last 2 years, I've had band-tailed pigeons....Yesterday, I got one for waterfowl...It only has 14 hunt days on it....................
