Nice birds...Try leaving the skin on (pluck), filet, and fry in duck fat in a cast iron skillet...Bake for about 10 minutes,,,,Delish

I love that each one of your hunts is a different strap. Sometimes reds, cans, spoons, now greenheads. Nice.
