To the experts, seasoned hunters, or anyone that has gone on their first hunt: What would be your top advice to a new hunter?

Well, without knowing what you're hunting for.....I would say have fun, be safe, and be a sponge..... ;)

Expect to get your enjoyment from the experience and don't count on bringing home game. Then you will know that hunting is something you will enjoy your whole life.

Don't chamber a round until you have set up and are about to shoot. The adrenaline will be more than you have planned for and the trigger will be lighter than even the weight of your finger.
