No cost...NWTF San Diego Chapter pays for all Lake Sutherland hunting fees..................

My SIL's company (Drain Mob) pays for all boat and motor usage for the Bloomdale zone as well, if you're drawn for there...................................

My 10 year old daughter drew the 5/4 hunt at Browns Cove. She is so stoked as she just passed hunters ed last month.

It was our first time at the tune up. My entire family had a blast. It will be an annual tradition moving forward.

Bought a youth model 20ga. Gotta get her behind the gun asap. Starting off with some upland shot shells. Maybe no TSS until game day!

What’s everyone’s favorite CA legal shot shells? I was at a big store this week and they were selling steel with a straight face as a strong upland / turkey options…
I see refs to TSS but any more specs?

If you can afford it, TSS is the way to go...If you get drawn for the youth hunts at Santa Ysabel Preserve I can help you out with Hevi-Shot...The next best alternative to TSS and very good in it's own right...DON"T shoot steel, if you can help it.

ps...Stefanie has never missed with 3" 1 1/4 #6 Hevi-Shot with a Carlson's .555 choke tube (Knock on wood)......

Feel free to swing by the next NWTF General Meeting (3/16 Poway Hamburger Factory @6:30). There will be some guys there who have hunted it and can give you all the info. It's family friendly.
