No but I did offer up $300 to a hiker to run and smack a bull that was close to us on the ass, got concerned he was actually gonna do it, but his better judgment got the best of him. Darn shame.

Don’t miss the boat, fill that tag LP, from what I understand the island isn’t what it once was and even tho the deer ARE doing good this year condition wise.
the conservancy is leaning towards possible full blown eradication because the non native title they retain. Weird tho, the Buffalo quail and fox are all protected. Heard some guy offered the conservancy 50k to shoot a Buffalo and they said no, my guess is the eco tours make a metric shit ton of money yearly.
Haha! The bars down there serve a drink called "buffalo's milk". Had it when I visited before..can't remember what it was but I did have a few of them! Congrats again bud!
They don't hunt the buffalo on the island but they do run a birth control program. Nobody wants them gone more than the conservancy.
