As most of you know, I have a wild game feed every year.....It just happens to fall on super bowl Sunday each year.....lol....Well Darryl (Lungpopper) gave me some elk burger a couple of days ago and I thought I better test it out tonight.....lol

Fried in the Copper pan with some taco seasonings.....Then added to burrito with cheese and all the fixings.....Delish and it won't be going into the chili.....I think I'll use spoonies burger for that.....lol

ps.....All SCHer's are welcome.....It's a great time to get together and talk about the past season and meet new hunters.....And the food and drink (beer provided by Markstein Dist.) are off the hook.....Don't need to bring anything, but specialty foods, side dishes, and specialty drinks are always welcome.....;)

Matt,

Your ruddy & ring neck duck poppers were the bomb.....Burnt or not.....lol

ps....Billy Teeter (Jacob's partner from Drain Mob) furnished the Missouri white-tail sausage (which was the best I've ever tasted), won the final score and $500.00.

Never seen so many hunting dogs, wild game dishes, and guys wearing camo hats, camo shirts or camo shorts in one place, at one time. Epic party Steve, thanks for the invite!

Kevin,

So glad you made it by.....150 euros (300 pieces) and not one left over.....Lots of calls today and most thought this was the best wild game in 24 years.

ps.....Great talking to you about some of the history of some the animals, birds, and old duck decoys.

Brian,

Always great having the kids come up.....Can't believe Nick turned down a Bud & cigar (J/K for all you parents out there).....lol

Kevin,

I would love to come up and fish my beloved LB breakwater.....Back in the 70's, I lived in Belmont Shore.....Spend a lot of time on "The Wall".
