Well, made it out for the 5th time so far this season, spent all day hiking with no luck. Didn't hear or see anything. Finally, as I was headed back to the car had a covey exploded about 2 yards in front of me. I was hunting by myself with out a dog. I managed to pick up three. I will upload pics later once I get them off my phone. just glad to finally have some birds claimed for this season, was starting to get scared.
