I am cheating using the patches.
I am on my third day , no cigs.
Done done done so done.
But can't stop eating lol.

Patches work. Hang in there. It's the toughest one to quit of the legal ones, even tougher than some of the illegal ones, but definitely worth it.

Patches worked for me just had to take them off at night as they gave me some pretty vivid dreams! Good for you and you can do this!

I have a good buddy who used sunflower seeds to help with the quitting process. Not sure how good all the extra salt is.

Keep it up Lee! I was a pack a day guy in my 20's. Just flat out have to quit. Sunflower seeds and toothpicks were my substitute.

Yes I probably have done bunch damage to my body. But it was my crutch while working.. no excuses.
Helped with the daily grind.

I had to get off the patches. Causing
High blood pressure.. lol no bueno.
Got off it blood pressure back to normal....

Good for you man! I quit using Copenhagen the day Tony Gwynn died and haven't looked back. Cold turkey after 31 years of use probably isn't recommended, but that's the only thing that worked for me...
