2 1/2 fileted fresh rabbit (they've been in cold water for 2days).........Then pounded with mallet (same as squid).......Then mix Uncle Bucks (spicy) with beer.......One inch of hot oil......Fry till golden brown (doesn't take long)........Lemon slices........Delicious....... :D
