They make one that is smooth fabric (like your pack material) and one that looks somewhat grippy/rubberized.
Grabbed a small bag on Amazon and filled it with slime styrofoam balls. Weighs less than 2 oz

Total weight is 1.3 oz and I have used it several times with success. Including my bear last week.
I have the same bags I filled them with rubber from my shop they work great
Do these work well not only as a rear support but are they large enough to fill the void in your arm of your shooting arm ?
The larger one out for sure. They are so cheap just buy a few sizes and mess with them.

Looks like the exact ones I bought are not on amazon anymore, but i used ~3mm balls. The ones in the link below will work, but it is way more then you need. I think I ended up making a few for friends at the time.
Might need some kind of funnel to fill the bag, I think I used the meat stick attachment on my sausage stuffer with a stick to push them in.
