This time with Jacob and Kevin (VP, NWTF).......Despite high tide not being till 11:59 pm and very little water movement. The bite was pretty consistent and was getting better at 12:30 am, when we packed it in..... ;D

Oh yeah....And in my best Maxwell Smart voice......Missed a legal halibut by that much (1/2")......... :D

Re: San Diego Bay 6-19-15

Nice bass Steve. I've been having a blast fishing the Calicos at night. Never see anyone else doing it.

Brian,

It really is an unfished resource.......There was one other boat out there last night......No boats on Monday night.

The breakwater up in Long Beach is like a cult thing for the "Wallbangers".....Really is my favorite kind of fishing. And calicos are my favorite fish of the night.

San Diego bay is still doing it.......Lots of shorts, but managed 5 keepers....... ;)

Multitude of colors worked, but the hot pink grubs seemed to be the best.
