You can hunt pigs anywhere you like.....Doesn't mean there is any.....
ps......Such bull $hit......We as fish & wildlife commissioners here in SD recommended NOT to pay these "professionals" to exterminate pigs......Some of the suggestions were, no pig tag costs, bounty on pigs, and access to some county lands just to name a few......Is it any wonder why this state, our fish & game dept, and other agencies are upside down.......Unbelievable!

Did you get that pig figured out yet?
DanSanDiego said:Doug's wilderness adventures says there are wild pigs that try to break into his domestic pig pen (either to mate or to eat the food). When I was at the property in Descanso there was fresh rooting in an area 100 yards from the pig pen.
Flecko said:I spent many years scouting for pigs in SD. I finally found a wallow. I set up a cam and caught 2 pigs moving at dusk. I was so stoked! I visited infrequently to keep pressure off, but I would spend the occasional morning or evening at that spot (1.5 hour drive from home). One day, I was exploring an old pig path nearby the wallow and spotted a small sign saying there was a federal trap in the area. I was so PISSED OFF all my hard work was for nothing, and especially when I learned taxpayers spent millions for it!
Every time I step past a cowpie or see the devastation a single cow will do to a deer path, I wonder why the fuss for wild pigs when cows cause 10x the damage! Dumb.
