Brees meat in Garden Grove, South Shore meat in San Pedro. South Shore is my first choice.

I brought my WY antelope last season to Electric City Butcher in Santa Ana and was quite happy with the experience. They don't get a ton of wild game coming through the doors since they're in the OC but their head butcher is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Quick turnaround and options for custom sausage etc.

Specialty Meats in Escondido is my go to....Of course, it's about 2 miles from my house...lol

I used to take all mine to Scotts meat locker in Perris always happy with how it turned out. Now I cut my own
