Hit San J yesterday with @ilovesprig and was surprised with a strange foggy morning. Thought it might lift quick but the thick fog hung around for the first hour or two of shoot time which made it nearly impossible to see any flyers. It eventually lifted but things remained slow. We got one decent flight of wigeon and a couple here-and-there flybys but we managed to pick off some nice greenheads and wigeons. Weird thing was we saw almost no teal or spoons. Ducks tried to decoy but wouldn't finish enough to get good shots.. most shots ended up being hail maries. Quality over quantity was the deal. Credit to Stevo for the pics.
