Scouting trip 2and 3

Well the scouting trip looks good right now but it has been warm last few days here in southern Utah plus temps getting into the high 70 next week lots dispersal going on last 2 days plus lots gobble in morning where I normally see winter flock this time of year seeing like 4 to 6 hens with Jake few tom following them just is going to be a tough season plus it pretty dry and are snow pack is very low

I watch your weather closely...I think you're drier than we are...The rain we have gotten has come in big rain totals...So, our backcountry ponds are full....

We had very little recruitment from last spring, but a tremendous carryover of jakes from last year...It should be a good season here.........
