MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is reducing fire restrictions to Stage 1 on December 6, for all BLM-managed public lands within the California Desert District, due to the recent rains, snow, and milder temperatures, all resulting in reduced fire danger.
