did this a while back
came out very good

edited
shrimp peeled
carne asada & venison marinated & sliced up
pineapple sliced
onion
green and yellow peppers
all chopped and sliced
dipped marinated salsa
sprinkled with all spice
skewed
cooked & smoked over hard wood wood flame.

the fring pan had the same except fried over the grill.

this would work for rabbit, dove or any other game.
except add sliced ham for added flavor.
