You would think for stabilization (more accurate) that the twist rate vs weight would be more important than velicity of the projectile,
also take in to account the coefficient of friction between steel(barrel) & copper. and the lead/copper vs steel (Barrel).
also the consistency of the reloads, alignment of the cartridge in the carriage, and head space.
