Survival Tactics – Fritos

I learned a long time ago that where ever you go hunting you should carry a small bag of Fritos with you as one of your survival tools. Here is what you can do with one small bag of Fritos

1. Being they are made of corn you can eat a few of them at a time to give
you something to fill your empty stomach.
2. They have salt on them which will help you retain water in your system
3. If you turn the bag inside out it has a chrome finish which you can use as a
reflecting tool
4. If you put a small pile of them together you can light them to use as a fire
starter
5. You can use the bag as a cup to drink out of
6. You can use Fritos as a bait to catch game under a snare

Just a cool fun fact for your hunting survival kit this year, Good Hunting

I think I've seen the fire starter aspect demonstrated on Surviver Man a few years ago. The oil in the chips will burn bright enough and long enough to use as a candle should you need it.
