-boxes
-glasss from a mirror

I take large trash bags every time with me. I don't like it when they take furniture out and shoot it up.

Super frustrating. There’s only a handful of legal spots that don’t require driving my ass out to the desert and they all get consistently trashed. It’s too bad that most gun owners in CA are are perpetually stuck in the “gun make big boom” phase and never really get invested in the longevity of our 2A rights and our recreational shooting spots.

I just went shooting out in the 29 Palms area. There was old washing machines, TV sets, a water softener unit, a car engine and tons of other crap. It's BLM land that joins up to JTNP. I did a scout using OnX and came up with a spot I thought would work for a place to shoot as my brother's club out there was closed due to flood damage. When we arrived, it was the perfect place and the locals obviously have been going there for years but man, the trash was everywhere. I brought my own target stand with me and picked up my brass as well as a bunch of .308 that was laying around. At least I got some usable brass to reload. Next time, I'd need a loader and dump truck to remediate the area.
