Thats funny, I thought about posting something similar today. Theres a bunch of Ringnecks two minutes from my house! Time to dust off the .410!
I don't recognize the rockpile is that the business park by Hunter Irrigation or is there one in Woodland Park?

Believe it or not...When I bought my very 1st house in Escondido (1978), there were ponds all over that area...A number of them were jumped...lol

Saw a bunch of northern shoverlers & mallards, some wood ducks, bufflehead, pintail, & cinnamons in santee today..oh and a goose.

Last year, the lake on Lakewood Golf Course was full of shovelers, it was a beautiful sight!
I wats wanted to go to the woodland Park pond in the middle of the night with my pellet gun a sack to get my limit!
