Transfering public lands to states

Senator Anderson is a great backer of us sportsman.....He even sends a rep to our meetings.......Not surprised that he would give a hand written response.

I can't understand how this idea keeps garnering support. The last time, the advocates got 90% of the way in before realizing they were shooting themselves in the foot.
