I for one am glad it's stalled and I hope it never happens. It's a beautiful area as it sits, and extremely important to all the birds that use the pacific flyaway, not to mention that's where my duck club is located. We were so glad when they shut down that God awful contraption, it was so loud and obnoxious. Go get your damn lithium elsewhere
