I drew a doe pronghorn tag in Utah. They are "easy" hunts so I had my dad and son join me...on that note; my son got his Hunters Ed a couple weeks ago at 9 years old (almost 10).
Drove up on Saturday with the plan to Scout that afternoon...but there were pronghorn everywhere. Saw 20 in the first couple of hours including a few really nice bucks, had a doe walk up to a few hundred yards so decided to make a stalk in my gym clothes. Had her just under 250 yards, rifle on the backup in the seated position...hunt over...never even got my camo on.
Spent Sunday scouting a unit I have a deer tag for in the fall.
