Jason, how old is he? My son is turning 5 soon and I need it get him out more. Been thinking about taking him to CO on my cow elk hunt.

This madness started because @Snake Charmer called me a nut in the thread about the purple haired soccer creature! I don’t know what he was so bothered by to begin with!

He's 5 and has only tagged along for rabbit hunts but that's been a bit too much walking for him. He loves the dove hunting since it's all sitting, but it gets his feet wet. My daughter (7) is all about it though and has been hitting it hard with me since she was 4. Take him on some hikes early to get him used to it and see how he fares, then ramp it up I'd say.

Lol my 3 yo daughter is way into the idea of it. When I put her to bed, she tells me stories of how she is going to hunt a big black bear, cut it up, and feed me spicy steak burgers. :laughing:

Looks great, There used to be a place in Blythe, can't think of the name at the moment but it was family owned and did some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Used to go there every opener. They started out on a back street and then moved onto the main boulevard for a couple years until the place burned down. Best I have ever had. Gundoglover you must remember chime in...
 
With all this unwarranted aggravation I’ll have to ground pound some grouse on my Dad’s PUBLIC LAND elk hunt to relieve stress!!
