For those of you with extra ground venison in your freezer that are tired of the typical tacos, burgers, and chili, this is the perfect recipe. It's easy, fast, and delicious. First off I'd like to say that this recipe works with just about any meat cubed or ground (in the past I've used duck, chicken, and pork). I started off by cooking 1 lb of ground venison in olive oil with salt and pepper to taste and then setting it aside.

Then I diced half an onion and cut up 2 heads of broccoli. I sautéd the onion and broccoli in olive oil.
Next I cooked up Nama Yaki-Soba noodles which are basically a healthier version of top ramen (I just followed the basic directions).

For the finishing touches I mixed it all together. Needless to say it was excellent.
Enjoy the good eats,
Josh
