A goat or cell phone? Seriously....he must have an adpt. on his spotter!

I know these guys. Trust me when I say cell phone. One of the guys was a professional elk guide out of New Mexico, ran an elk guide school as well as set sprint and long distance collegiate running records. His buddy is the one than took the pictures.
