No... it's only when hunting. They don't want some other creature feasting on the critter you didn't recover and possibly ingesting the lead. Or at least.. that's the BS line they've been feeding us all on this. If it were true... the forests no doubt would have been decimated in the 200 some odd years people have been shooting lead all up and down this coast.

With all the lead shot I've eaten, I'd be dead by their science. Lol

Now... to be fair.. lead poisoning is no joke. It was either ancient Rome or Ancient Greece where they originally discovered lead and put it to many uses. One of them.. was lining their aqueduct (Eeek!). It took them a bit to realize that all the people going insane and jumping to their deaths,etc, had something to do with the Lead they'd chosen to construct their waterways out of. #Oopsie

This thread and the video links got me so p.o.'d that I went out to the bench and loaded up 100 rounds and prepped 500 cases to load later. Komifornia can SUCK IT!
