What’s your 1st big game kill and what rifle ?

Wild pig in Paso Robles around 1990 or maybe a bit earlier. Remington 700 25-06 with a handloaded 118 Nosler partition at about 20 yards. The pig never knew I was there. I drilled him while he was grab assing his brothers.

Cow elk on the White Mtn Res with a browning .270. With my dad and guide "Rivers." Crazy guy tried to get me to drink her milk. I kinda regret not trying it lol. Circa 2000, I was probably 12.

94, if I remember right. Pig with Nessen Schmidt, King City area. My first big game was taken with a Fred Bear recurve in southern Wi. in 1967. I skipped school and went and set up on a soybean field, big old white tail buck, no picture of that one.
