Pack rat they look like a giant guinea pig really ugly

Man those nests are huge about 2-3 ft tall and about 4-5 around. One even has a trail cam pointed at it. Thanks for the information.

I had 2 in my yard when I moved in a couple years ago. They were built in amongst a couple acacia trees. I could look out there just as the sun was setting and see them running the branches between the nests.......
