I'll bet it is a staging area for the work that is being done replacing all the wood power poles with steel. There are quite a few of them up here where they bring in all the materials and equipment and use helo's to lift and move the poles to the sites.

Ya its a staging area. Looks like they tore that old barn out too.

Same thing going on in pine valley and up towards laguna. Its was cool watching the chopper with the binos
