What's going on with this bear?

So my brother in Montana started putting out trail cameras, in this video clip he gets a black bear, The first thing I notice is the bear has some fur hanging from his rear end, have any of you more experienced guys ever seen this? Is it just a shedding condition, and injury? Talk to me Goose...

Hmm, I'd guess shedding also. The hair might have got rolled/clumped up in a thorny twig or something.
