Whats the deal with Cap

I stoped by there fri there were 4 trailers in the lot. One spot right in the middle of the ramp where the ramp is wider goes out deeper but I would try my 19’ Champion to launch. Forget the lakes we need more bike lanes

Anyone know when or heard when El Cap boat ramp will open up again? We waiting on water?
I just read that the city is raising the launch fee $2 , why don’t they raise the fee per people on the boat, most fishermen only have 1-2 people fishing, a lot more $ could be collected if the $2 fee was for each person on the boat, most of the water contact boats have 4-6 or more people on their boats, just saying
