Where to buy fed duck stamps?

In San Diego? Website says california doesn’t do the e-stamp where do you pick one up last minute?

I used to get fed stamps at the post office. But now you never know if they have them or not.

Neither the Post Office or Big 5 near me had them. I had to have a friend pick one up for me.
