Wild Pheasant

Long story short I went out with Steve (sprig) to the valley for a little upland hunt. Started with Dove in the morning , then Steve had an old time favorite ditch to walk and it paid of finally. Bad thing is we flushed about 12 birds all but 2 being hens and the other rooster flushed way out in front. All in all great day.

Freaking awesome!! killer tailgate pic guys. Let me know how you guys prep the gallo up for cooking/grill'n, I need to up my game on cooking them up.

Way to go guys. We were down there today too! Didn’t see any pheasant but plenty of quail and dove.

As you say the Gallo breast it out and either olive oil garlic salt and pepper on the grill , or fry it like chicken. DON'T OVER COOK
